This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage and tags) LN Tourism Private Limited uses on lntourism.com, why we use them, and the choices available to you. It should be read together with the Privacy Policy.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They let a site remember information about your visit - such as preferences or how you interact with pages - and are widely used to make websites work and to understand how they are used. "Similar technologies" here includes tags/pixels and local/session storage used for comparable purposes.

2. Categories of cookies we use

Essential/strictly necessary:

  • ·Cookies required for core website functionality - for example, keeping you logged in to an account/dashboard session, remembering form progress, load-balancing and basic security. The website may not function correctly without these; they are not switched off by a preference choice.

Analytics & performance:

  • ·Google Analytics (GA4) - helps us understand aggregate visitor traffic, page usage and site performance.
  • ·Microsoft Clarity - provides anonymised heatmaps and session-behaviour insights (e.g. scroll and click patterns) to help us improve page layout and usability.

Advertising/conversion tracking:

  • ·Google Ads (gtag) - used to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to record conversion events such as a confirmed enquiry, a booking step or a phone-click, so we can understand which channels bring genuine enquiries.
  • ·These cookies/tags may allow Google to associate website activity with an advertising campaign; we do not use them to build a profile for sale to third parties.

3. Specific tags in use

At present the website loads the following third-party tags, each of which sets its own cookies/identifiers under its own privacy policy:

  • ·Google tag / Google Ads conversion tracking (googletagmanager.com and our first-party tag gateway);
  • ·Google Analytics 4 (GA4);
  • ·Microsoft Clarity (clarity.ms) for heatmaps and session recordings - Clarity is configured to mask sensitive input fields by default.
  • ·We do not currently use Meta/Facebook Pixel or similar third-party advertising pixels; if this changes, this page will be updated.

4. Your choices

This website does not currently show a cookie-consent banner; analytics and advertising tags load on page visit as described above. You can still control cookies through your browser and device settings, and through the opt-outs below:

  • ·Browser settings - most browsers let you block or delete cookies, or ask to be notified before a cookie is set (Settings/Preferences → Privacy).
  • ·Google Analytics opt-out - you can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or use your Google Account's Ad Settings to limit ad personalisation.
  • ·Google Ads personalisation - manage or opt out of personalised advertising at Google's Ad Settings (adssettings.google.com).
  • ·Do Not Track/Global Privacy Control signals are not currently processed automatically by our analytics tags.
  • ·Blocking essential cookies through browser settings may affect basic website functionality (e.g. staying logged in).

5. Cookies from third-party platforms

If you follow a link from our website to WhatsApp, a payment gateway, a social-media platform or another third-party site, that site may set its own cookies under its own policy; this Cookie Policy does not cover third-party sites.

6. Retention

Cookie/tag lifespans are set by the respective provider (our own session cookies, and Google's/Microsoft's cookies for GA4, Google Ads and Clarity) and typically range from the browser session up to a couple of years for persistent analytics identifiers. Clearing your browser's cookies at any time removes them from your device.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy as our use of cookies, tags or applicable law changes - for example, if we introduce a consent-management banner or add/remove a marketing tag. The current version and its effective date are always shown on this page.
