1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using this website you agree to these Terms of Service and to the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website. These Terms do not themselves create a travel booking; a booking is governed by the Terms & Conditions and is confirmed only in the manner described there.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law to register an account or submit a booking enquiry. If you create an account (e.g. for the customer/admin dashboard):

• ·you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and password;
• ·you are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account;
• ·notify info@lntourism.com immediately of any suspected unauthorised use of your account;
• ·provide accurate information and keep it updated.

3. Website content & "as available" basis

Package descriptions, prices, itineraries, images, availability and blog content are provided for general information and are updated periodically but may not always reflect real-time availability or the latest supplier rates. Content may be corrected, updated or removed at any time. Nothing on the website constitutes a confirmed booking or a binding quotation until accepted and confirmed as described in the Terms & Conditions.

4. Intellectual property

All text, images, logos, design elements, itineraries and other content on this website, unless otherwise credited, are owned by or licensed to LN Tourism Private Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law.

• ·You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, or use website content for a commercial purpose (including a competing travel business) without our prior written consent.
• ·Third-party trademarks, hotel/supplier logos or destination images appearing on the site remain the property of their respective owners.

5. User conduct

When using this website you agree not to:

• ·submit false, fraudulent or misleading information in any enquiry, booking or account field;
• ·attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, its admin systems or another user's account;
• ·introduce malware, attempt denial-of-service, or otherwise interfere with the website's normal operation;
• ·scrape, harvest or misuse data (including pricing, itineraries or contact details) from the website;
• ·use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law.

6. "Plan My Trip" and WhatsApp handoff

The Plan My Trip enquiry tool is provided to help you describe your requirement; submitting it does not confirm a booking. Where the tool offers a "Send on WhatsApp" option, the details you entered may be transferred into a WhatsApp message for you to send from your own device; WhatsApp is a third-party platform governed by its own terms and privacy practices, and is outside our control once the message leaves your device. See the Privacy Policy for how form data is handled.

7. Third-party links & integrations

The website may link to, or embed content from, third-party sites and services (e.g. Google Maps, payment gateways, social media, WhatsApp). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability or privacy practices of third-party sites. Use of a third-party site or service is governed by its own terms.

8. Availability & technical issues

We aim to keep the website available and functioning correctly but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The website may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, technical issues or events beyond our reasonable control. We are not liable for loss caused solely by temporary website unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LN Tourism is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of - or inability to use - the website, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. This does not limit liability arising from an actual confirmed travel booking, which is governed by the Terms & Conditions.

11. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access to an account, or restrict use of the website, where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached, where required by law, or to protect the security or integrity of the website. Reasonable notice will be given where practicable.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our website, services or legal requirements. The current version, with its effective date, is always available on this page. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing law & contact
