Effective: September 2026Last updated: September 2026LN Tourism Private Limited · CIN U79120UP2026PTC245268

LN Tourism Private Limited is committed to resolving customer concerns and data-protection grievances promptly and fairly. This page explains how to raise a complaint, what to expect, and the escalation routes available to you under Indian consumer-protection and data-protection law.

1. What this covers

This process covers any concern about a booking, service, payment, refund, website experience, or how your personal data has been handled. Service issues during an ongoing trip should also be reported immediately as described in Section 17 of the Terms & Conditions, so we can try to resolve them in real time.

2. Step 1 - Raise it directly with us

Most concerns can be resolved quickly by contacting us directly with your booking reference (if applicable), a clear description of the issue, and any supporting material (photos, messages, invoice):

  • ·Email: info@lntourism.com
  • ·Phone/WhatsApp: +91 88588-73018
  • ·Post: Grievance Officer, LN Tourism, 152/3/2, Rajpur Road, Jakhan, Dehradun, Uttarakhand - 248001

3. Acknowledgement & resolution timelines

  • ·We acknowledge a written complaint promptly and aim to give a substantive response as quickly as reasonably possible given the nature of the issue.
  • ·Where a complaint involves a third-party supplier (hotel, helicopter operator, airline, railway), resolution may take longer as it depends on the supplier's own process; we will keep you informed of progress.
  • ·Statutory timelines under applicable consumer-protection or data-protection law, where they apply, are followed.

4. Grievance Officer (data protection)

For a grievance specifically about how your personal data has been collected, used or shared (DPDP Act, 2023), you may contact our Grievance Officer using the same details above. Please describe the specific data-protection concern, and any request already made (e.g. access, correction, erasure, consent withdrawal - see the Privacy Policy) so it can be handled without delay.

5. If you are not satisfied

If a concern is not resolved to your satisfaction after raising it with us, the following escalation routes may be available depending on the nature of your complaint and applicable law:

  • ·Consumer disputes: the appropriate District/State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, or the National Consumer Helpline (1915 / consumerhelpline.gov.in / UMANG app), or the e-daakhil portal (edaakhil.nic.in) for online consumer-complaint filing.
  • ·Data-protection grievances: the Data Protection Board of India, once the relevant grievance-redressal provisions under the DPDP Act, 2023 are in force, after first raising the matter with our Grievance Officer.
  • ·A supplier-specific matter (e.g. an aviation/helicopter operator) may also be escalated to that operator's own grievance mechanism or the relevant sectoral regulator (e.g. DGCA/UCADA for helicopter/aviation matters).

6. Good faith & fair process

We ask that complaints be raised in good faith with accurate information, and we commit to reviewing every genuine complaint fairly, without discrimination, and to communicating our findings and any remedy clearly. Raising a complaint does not affect your other legal rights.

7. Governing law

This process operates under the laws of India; subject to applicable consumer-protection and data-protection rights, unresolved disputes may be dealt with by competent courts/forums in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
