Please read these terms carefully before booking your spiritual journey with us.

Welcome to LN Tourism. By accessing our website and booking a tour with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking & Payments

  • Bookings can be secured by paying a Token Advance of ₹499 or by paying the Full Package Amount.
  • All online payments are securely processed via Razorpay and are subject to a 5% GST processing fee.
  • For token bookings, the remaining balance must be cleared as per the communication from our executive before the trip commences.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We maintain a strict and transparent cancellation policy based on the time remaining before your travel date:

  • Token Amount (₹499): Fully refundable if cancelled within 6 hours of booking. Non-refundable after 6 hours.
  • Cancellation > 15 Days before the trip: 100% refund of the remaining amount (excluding the token).
  • Cancellation 11 to 15 Days before the trip: 50% refund of the remaining amount.
  • Cancellation 8 to 10 Days before the trip: 30% refund of the remaining amount.
  • Cancellation 5 to 7 Days before the trip: 20% refund of the remaining amount.
  • Cancellation less than 5 Days before the trip: No Refund.

* Refunds are initiated after Admin approval and processed automatically to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5-7 business days.

3. Itinerary Changes & Unforeseen Circumstances

  • Uttarakhand is a hilly terrain prone to unpredictable weather, landslides, and roadblocks. LN Tourism reserves the right to alter the itinerary for your safety.
  • We are not responsible for any delays, missed darshans, or extra accommodation costs incurred due to natural calamities (Acts of God), strikes, or helicopter cancellations.
  • Any alternate accommodation or transport required due to such events must be borne directly by the customer.

4. User Responsibilities & Health

  • The Chardham Yatra involves high altitudes. Customers are advised to undergo a medical checkup before traveling.
  • Customers must carry valid Government-issued original IDs (Aadhar Card, Voter ID, or Passport) at all times during the journey.
  • Customers are responsible for their personal belongings. LN Tourism will not be liable for any theft or loss of luggage.

5. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising out of the tour or services provided by LN Tourism shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
