This Hotel & Accommodation Policy explains how LN Tourism Private Limited books and manages hotel stays as part of a tour package or standalone accommodation request. It applies together with the Terms & Conditions and the Refund Policy, and alongside the individual hotel's own house rules, which the traveller must also follow.
1. Hotel category & selection
Hotels are booked according to the category (e.g. budget, standard, deluxe, premium) and star-rating confirmed in the quotation/itinerary. A specific hotel name shown at the enquiry stage is indicative and subject to availability at the time of confirmation; where the named hotel is unavailable, LN Tourism will offer an alternative of equivalent or higher category before finalising the booking.
2. Check-in / check-out & timings
- ·Standard check-in and check-out times follow the individual hotel's own policy (commonly around 12:00-2:00 PM check-in and 10:00-11:00 AM check-out), not a uniform LN Tourism timing.
- ·Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and may attract an additional charge payable directly to the hotel or via LN Tourism.
- ·Valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in for every adult guest, as mandated by law; the hotel may refuse check-in without it.
3. Room type, occupancy & requests
- ·Room category, meal plan (e.g. room-only, breakfast, half-board) and maximum occupancy per room are as stated in the confirmed voucher.
- ·Requests for a specific view, floor, bed configuration (twin/double), adjoining or connecting rooms are noted and passed to the hotel but are subject to availability and are not guaranteed unless the hotel confirms them in writing.
- ·Extra bed/mattress or an additional occupant beyond confirmed occupancy is chargeable separately and subject to the hotel's own extra-person policy.
4. Meal plan & dining
Only the meal plan expressly confirmed in the voucher is included. Meals outside this plan (à la carte dining, room service, mini-bar, alcoholic beverages, special/festive dinners) are payable directly to the hotel unless stated otherwise. Meal timings, buffet vs. set-menu format and cuisine are set by the hotel.
5. Hotel-specific and non-refundable bookings
Certain hotels, especially during peak season, festivals, Char Dham season or special events, are sold on a non-refundable or restricted-cancellation basis. Where a hotel is non-refundable, this is disclosed in the quotation/voucher before payment and such hotel-specific terms prevail over the general slabs in the Payment & Cancellation Policy for that stay.
6. Amenities, facility closures & maintenance
Amenities such as swimming pools, spas, gyms, restaurants or views are as advertised by the hotel at the time of booking. Seasonal closure, maintenance, weather conditions or local regulation may temporarily affect an amenity's availability; this is outside LN Tourism's control and does not by itself entitle a refund, though LN Tourism will inform the customer if known in advance.
7. Guest conduct & hotel house rules
Guests must comply with the hotel's own house rules (ID verification, dress code, alcohol/smoking policy, pet policy, quiet hours, damage/security deposit requirements, and local/religious-site dress or conduct norms). A hotel may refuse or discontinue accommodation for a guest whose conduct breaches its rules or creates a safety/legal risk; LN Tourism cannot override a hotel's lawful decision, and no automatic refund arises in such cases, subject to law.
8. Damage & security deposit
Hotels may require a refundable security deposit or pre-authorisation at check-in, and may charge the guest directly for damage, loss or excessive cleaning caused during the stay. Such charges are between the guest and the hotel and are not collected or refunded by LN Tourism.
9. Overbooking, downgrade or relocation by the hotel
In the rare event a hotel is unable to honour a confirmed reservation (overbooking, unforeseen closure, force majeure), LN Tourism will make reasonable efforts to arrange an alternative hotel of equivalent or higher category at no extra cost to the traveller. Where only a lower category is available at short notice, LN Tourism will inform the traveller and, where applicable, the price difference will be adjusted or refunded per the Refund Policy.
10. Special requests, celebrations & decorations
Requests such as room decoration, cake, flowers or a special occasion arrangement are subject to the hotel's own approval, availability, fire/safety rules and local law, and are chargeable separately unless included in writing. A hotel may lawfully decline an arrangement its own policy does not permit; LN Tourism cannot compel a hotel to allow it.
11. Complaints during stay
A problem with the room, cleanliness, service or facility should be reported to the hotel front desk immediately and to LN Tourism at +91 88588-73018 or info@lntourism.com, so it can be raised with the hotel while the traveller is still in-stay, giving the best chance of resolution (upgrade, correction or compensation as the hotel may offer).
12. Cancellation, no-show & refunds
Cancellation and no-show charges for hotel bookings follow the slabs in the Payment & Cancellation Policy, except where a hotel-specific non-refundable condition applies (see Section 5). Any refund due is computed and processed per the Refund Policy. Governed by the laws of India; Dehradun jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer-protection rights.
